Our Assistance Plans

The Assist Xchange aims to alleviate your workload by completing task that takes up time in your day. As we lend you a hand in the areas of your life needed, it’s important to note a few services The Assist Xchange does not guarantee includes but is not limited to, marketing/communication results, website building, organic content creation, landscaping, and delivering on event planning. You deserve to receive quality and accuracy for your assistance needs, schedule a free consultation to ensure we can satisfy your needs.

Right-Hand

  • After choosing one of the six grocery stores we shop with and submitting your shopping list, we’ll send you an estimated invoice and shop for your preferred items - food or personal household items.

  • Similar to grocery & household shopping, we will make personal stops for you. This can include, stopping at a crafts store to pick up material for your upcoming project, shipping or mailing items, or something as small as dropping off a gift to a relative on your behalf.

  • Your child(ren) can be transported safely and privately to and from school and may be accompanied by 1-5 other children should routes permit. Our transit system eliminates the worry of health concerns, bullying, security risk, and rushing. We ensure:

    • our vehicles are thoroughly sanitized

    • close supervision, ensuring that children are respectful to one another or avoiding misconduct altogether by providing a private ride

    • no threats or worrying about strangers engaging with your child when walking to and from bus stops

    • preplanned routes to ensure kids get to school on time allowing busy parents to focus on their morning routines

    We also provide after school activity drop off if your child need to make it to their extracurricular.

    With the permission of the children’s parents, we provide them with pre or post school snacks and interactive games/activities while they ride to keep them comfortable and stimulated while in our care.

  • We will book your reservations for you. We will consult about your preferences and requirements to make solid selections for you or you will provide your company of choice. This can include:

    • restaurants

    • event venues

    • wellness retreats (spa, chiropractor)

    • sports event

    • hair appt

    • photoshoot

    • amusement parks

    • theater or performances

  • please read carefully

    We will consult with you about the type of event, specifications, visions, and goals. Once we conclude with a solid understanding of what you want your event to achieve; I will start to schedule, reserve, and book all services needed. I then will curate a thorough itinerary with detailed instructions. I will take the lead on getting the ball rolling and then pass it to you to execute. This means you will be responsible for communicating with the scheduled service providers or vendors. We will not be there to deliver or direct the run of show. If you would like us to deliver on the small event and run the show, this can be discussed further but will be recognized as an add-on service which can be found when you choose your assistance plan.

    Small event planning includes:

  • With this service, we will schedule all your travel arrangement request such as:

    • automobile transportation (rental care, ride share, train, bus)

    • flights

    • hotels or Airbnb

    We do not plan out your travel excursions, we can however make the reservations for your plans.

  • We will schedule vet visits, meetings, self-care appointments like hair appointments, chiropractor visits, and DR appointments if able.

Pro-Hand

  • We will monitor your emails and respond to:

    • general inquiries

    • customer service needs

    • work orders

    • shipments & tracking

    • invoices and billing

    • vendor and supplier communication

    • lead generation

    • calendars for meetings, events, and appointments

    • confirmations, cancellations, or rescheduling requests

    • inquiries about availability, deadlines, or project timelines

    You will lay out the grounds for your preferred communication responses and style in reference to customer service, general inquiries, leads, and vendor communication and from those guidelines, we will respond accordingly.

  • We will respond to live chat messages or phone calls. If you have customer service request via an email channel, we will cover those communications as well as explained in the Email Correspondence field above.

    Similar to the layout of Email Correspondence field, you will provide great understanding and grounds for your services or products and how your business prefers to resolve discrepancies, and we will respond in that fashion along with our touch of empathy, patience, critical thinking, and problem solving to take care of your customers. We will do our best to save the customer experience ensuring satisfaction and their reoccurring business in the future.

  • We will spend our designated duration answering inbound calls or calling out to the leads you’ve generated and capturing vital details pertaining to your business request, setting you up for success when you follow up with them later.

    Note, we will not be responsible for generating or maintaining the leads. We will share the information you provide with the prospect and capture their needed info per your request. Nevertheless, we will put our best efforts forward using our interpersonal, probing, and active listening skills paired with effective questioning skills to help you.

  • We will print off any documents, flyers, and/or brochures. We can make copies of important documents, ship items for you (with respects to weight restrictions) and mail items out for you. We will also mail out invitations or correspondences for you. If you are virtual and require prints to be sent to you, we will have to utilize Smart Printers or Cloud Prints - otherwise, documents will have to be scanned to you and printed on your behalf.

  • If you prefer to have hard copies of your records, we will provide file organization for you. We will supply the storage bins, boxes, or folders and label them according to your needs while making it easy to get to and easy to track. If your business already have records filed, we can assist with simply organizing the area to increase efficiency.

    We are also tracking toward providing digital storage options so your important documents are always with you and even easier to find. This will be in a CRM platform. CRM will be required for virtual clients seeking file organization or storage.

    CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It’s a system or software that helps businesses manage interactions with their customers, leads, and potential clients in an organized way.

  • With this service, we will ensure a clean and up to date appearance is kept on your social media account(s) and website(s). If there are post that need to be removed or information to be added, we will cover that for you given you provide the details and material. We are not responsible for creating graphic designs, content creations, or scheduling post. However, if you provide us with the materials to add, we can assist in posting it for you at your preferred times. We will also respond to community comments on your behalf based on your outline of how you prefer to engage with your audience.

    Although we do not specialize in graphic designs or content creation, we can make basic level flyers or post for your cause at an additional add-on fee which can be found on the choose your assistance plan page.

  • You will provide a list that specifies the material and supplies your office or shop needs, we will draft up the cost of those items and provide you with an invoice with cost broken down. We will either drop them off or have it delivered to you. If applicable and desired, we can also put away and organize the supplies for you - this must be specified in our consultation or intake form.

  • The Assist Xchange will help you maintain the cleanliness of your office or shop while also adding delicate touches to things to create personality based on the vibe of your business. We will help:

    • clean the entrance by vacuuming and mopping

    • tidy up the lobby areas, break rooms or other common areas

    • empty trash bins

    • clean and sanitize restrooms

    • power wash display windows and doors

    This service includes complimentary air fresheners which may be wall plug-ins, mini diffusers or incenses, box tissues, hand sanitizer, hand lotion and a small unique touch that compliments your business’s vibe. This is optional if this is not your preference.

  • With this service, we will schedule all your travel arrangement request such as:

Green-Hand (Coming soon)

  • Overgrown tall grass in your front or backyard will be cut down to achieve a tidy and pleasant appearance. Bushes will also be tended to if desired, trimming down the excess leaves growing outward. We will also take care of the leaves growing up your fence area unless otherwise stated. This service is aimed to help your yard appear tended to again; this is not a landscaping service where we repair damage to your yard, create lawn mowing patterns or personally design your lawn. We want to help bring life back to your property to make it easier to execute whatever goals intended in the future.,

    Qualifications:

    • front yard is less than 7,000sqft - if we are only servicing your front yard

    • backyard is less than 7,000sqft - if we are only servicing the backyard

    • front and backyard together equals less than 7,000sqft

    The combined square footage of your front and backyard must be no greater than 7,000sqft OR if you are only getting one area serviced, it must no greater than 7,000sqft for us to service your lawn under this plan. If your yards’ square footage exceeds 7,000sqft, read on to our SUPER Green-Hand Assist plan.

  • Do you have leaves covering your yard, perimeter, pathway or driveway? We will gather the leaves, bag them and dispose of them accordingly.

  • We will power wash your pathway and trim away overgrown weeds to uncover the walk area again.

  • Our SUPER Green-Hand Assist plan is designed for larger yards and those needing a little more TLC to their exterior. Your front and back yard can total up to 10,000sqft meaning both areas equal 10,000sqft independently, e.g. the front yard is 3,000sqft and the backyard is 7,000sqft totaling a full 10,000sqft. This service can take up to two days depending on availability and the state or condition of your property and will be automatically scheduled for two consecutive days. In an instance where your areas to be service exceeds our 10,000sqft limit, e.g., your backyard is 10,000sqft and your front yard is 3,000 sqft, putting you over our size limit for our SUPER Green Assist service period, you will have to schedule an additional third day to have both areas tended to at an additional fee. However, as a reminder, if your backyard is 8,000sqft and your front yard is 2,000, this can be completed in the reserved two session(s). In simpler terms, any area needing service that is over 7,000sqft but under 10,000sqft will fall within this plan. Any area over the size limit will need to be scheduled separately as its own service and a different day resulting in an additional fee which can be found on the choose your assistance plan page.

    If you are also receiving organization services for your exterior and have over 7,000sqft of lawn you need tended to, we will need to consult about the duration it will take to achieve this job.
